It’s fairly new – and it’s got a lot of potential.
Getting the most out of your browsing experience and choosing the right browser can honestly make a huge difference when you’re browsing and downloading files across your devices. The right browser can shield you from harm and harassment that could do no good to you or your devices. If you care about security and your privacy (which you should) – you should choose Brave.
What makes a browser a good web browser?
A good browser should make you feel comfortable and safe when browsing. I mean that’s where you store literally everything about you. You need to keep your data secure from all sources. This is where you could decide to make the switch to Brave.
What is Brave Browser?
Brave is a user friendly, ad-free, malware protection + browser that takes control and blocks out all the crazy ads, trackers and more, leaving you with a new experience.
Free and open-source for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS.
Why is Brave different from other browsers?
It’s all about the user. Brave seriously takes into consideration that we are not a product – we are users. And that’s what I really like.
Do you really know what it feels like to browse with no ads? Let me tell you, it’s great. I’ve tested it and it’s true. Ad-free browsing comes with so much more than just blocking ads. And when you have some proof it makes the technology world a better place. Ad-free means you should instantly notice a big difference with performance when you’re browsing on your devices. Brave will improve your user experience and perform fast and super smooth when browsing thanks to the lack of ads running in the background.
The minute you start using Brave you will not see any ads and I guarantee this will help your devices’ performance when compared to other browsers. This is a great thing here. In fact, how do you like the sounds of not being disturbed by a rotten ol’ ad when you are trying to browse?
It looks great and it’s VERY well organized… Brave’s front-page layout is amazing. You will see how many ads and trackers have been blocked, HTTPS to show you secure connections and how much time you saved which is pretty cool. There is a clock on the top right-hand side, which I find stands out nicely to the eye. I really like that since I switch a lot from tabs; I find it helps me track my time better because I can see it in a bigger font. When it’s time to fiddle around in your settings Brave gives you straightforward options that help you know what’s going on in your browser.
Brave rewards. What is it? Once you’ve decided to go through with Brave rewards it’ll show you ads that you can view. You will receive a digital token called BAT. The goal isn’t to help Brave users earn money, although you could earn around $60 but it’s been said that it will be unclear when your money will arrive. It’s meant to forward funds to the websites of your choice. The idea is to spend your digital coins by rewarding your favorite YouTubers, content and websites. I haven’t tried this yet, but if you are a content creator this seems like the way to go for sure.
Is Brave safe? From my experience and research, it’s a fantastic browser and seems to meet security and privacy measures that other browsers do not. As always, you should do your own research and learn as much as you can about any product before using it.
My thoughts: So far, I’m absolutely loving Brave browser on all my devices. It’s been a different experience with the ads for sure. I would choose Brave if you are always browsing or making content. With the experience Brave has given me, I can’t imagine switching back to any other browser. I really love what the Brave team has done. I hope they keep up their outstanding service and keep us users happy.
Well, Brave will give you just that.
